Congratulations Justice Troutman!

The TAP Fund sends its heartfelt congratulations to Shirley Troutman! She has received the nomination to the Court of Appeals by Gov. Kathy Hochul. Troutman was a TAP Fund candidate during many of her campaigns, and we are proud to see her succeed!
